Road trip to Illinois
While the family was here we decided it was a good idea to make a week long trip back to Illinois to see the rest of the family. While it was wonderful to see everyone, the sleep deprivation was quite apparent. We're back home now and trying to get a good schedule started before school is in full swing for both of us.
Family Time
Nana Holman made a trip out on the 28th of June and stayed for a week and a half and Grandma Jana, Grandpa J.C., and Janelle made a quick trip out that weekend to visit with Riley. Nana helped with all the daily grind items: laundry, dishes, and she even agreed to clean the blinds and windows. That was awesome. Grandpa J.C. made tons of great food and we gladly ate it all. :) Grandma Jana and Auntie Janelle helped to finish some decorations for Riley's room.
